Recipes
Good nutrition is a pillar of health and well-being. We’ve shared a few of our go-to recipes; most are vegetarian (V) and many are vegan (VG) and gluten-free (GF). Doing a weekly meal prep that includes healthy packable snacks, grab-and-go items, and a few favorite comfort foods will help you stay fueled and focused through long days in class and clinical rotations.
